UNIDO ITPO Italy - Asset Camera signed a Joint Declaration

On June 17^th, within UNIDO ITPO Italy premises in Rome, the President of ASSET Camera Mr. Stefano Venditti, and the ITPO Head, Ms. Diana Battaggia, signed a joint declaration that establishes the cooperation between the two entities in the scouting activities of new eco-friendly technologies, production processes and best practices that could be transferred to Developing Countries.

The signature is part of an undertaken joint path, between UNIDO ITPO Italy and ASSET Camera, started with the Enterprise Environment Award 2011, assigned last March 25^th. The Award is annually assigned to the companies that, within their productive activities, give an innovative contribution in terms of environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

UNIDO ITPO Italy has always supported the importance of the role played by innovative eco friendly technologies in the development processes of the weakest economies.

Ms. Diana Battaggia said: «The signature of this Agreement represents the beginning of  a synergic work, between UNIDO ITPO Italy and Asset Camera, with the end to promote the economical and industrial growth of developing countries, taking into consideration a low environmental impact and energy efficiency». The President of Asset Camera agreed and affirmed the intention of continuing to work in order to promote green technologies and social responsibility.
