Background

The project “Heritage4Cuba” comes from the longstanding collaboration established with the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, namely from the project “SMEs 4 Business Development CINA & CUBA”, aimed at favoring SMEs development through technical assistance and technology transfer.

Within this framework, UNIDO ITPO Italy organized an institutional and economic mission held in Havana in April 2018 with the aim of launching the cooperation program focused on the cultural heritage and creative industries, in synergy with Historian’s Office of Havana.
