Organized by the Pakistani Dairy Association, the webinar “Innovation in Dairy Products and Emerging Trends in Dairy Sector” was successfully held on 20 January 2021.

In this context UNIDO ITPO Italy and CremonaFiere coordinated and arranged the participation among panelists at the event of Prof. Lorenzo Morelli, Professor of microbiology and Director of the Department of Sustainable Food Process at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Notably, the online event featured the interventions of several international experts in the dairy industry, fostering knowledge-exchange about emerging global trends, new products and technological innovation within the sector.
