In the framework of the project "Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environment sectors" (FIPEE), funded by the Italian Ministry of Ecological Transition, on 6 September 2021 UNIDO ITPO Italy held an online meeting with the Embassy of Peru in Italy.

The meeting was attended by UNIDO ITPO Italy's FIPEE Coordinator Ms. Valentina Maltese, UNIDO ITPO Italy Chief Technical Advisor and FIPEE Referent for Peru Mr. Dino Fortunato, and the new UNIDO ITPO Italy Expert on Energy and Environment for Peru Mr. Andrea Pavia; from the side of the Embassy, Mr. Pablo Cisneros, Head of Chancellery and Deputy Permanent Representative to International Organizations based in Rome, Mr. José Carlos Chavarri and Mr. Miguel Fuentes, respectively in charge of political and economic affairs at the Embassy.

This fruitful discussion was aimed at exploring the forthcoming activities to be carried out within the framework of the FIPEE project, with a focus on joining synergies for sustainable actions in order to empower a green transition in Peru.
