Within the context of the project “Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environment sectors” (FIPEE), on 1 October UNIDO ITPO Italy hosted a matchmaking meeting between the Italian company Eemaxx Engineering and the Ethiopian company Tapanta Depot Trading Plc.

During the meeting — facilitated by UNIDO ITPO Italy Investment Promotion Expert and Manager for Ethiopia Ms. Ester Temperato and UNIDO ITPO Italy new Expert in Energy and Environment for Ethiopia Mr. Fasil Abate Hagos — the two companies, respectively represented by CEO Mr. Giuseppe d'Alessandro, and General Manager Mr. Daniel Kebede and Deputy General Manager Mr. Tsegaye Woldetensay, had the opportunity to brief about possible business synergies to be developed in the field of renewable energies in Ethiopia, with a focus on solar and off-grid projects.
