On Monday 11 October 2021 UNIDO ITPO Italy organized and held an online meeting with the Florence School of Regulation (FSR) at the European University Institute (EUI) to introduce the project “Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environment sectors” (FIPEE), funded by the Italian Ministry of Ecological Transition and implemented by UNIDO ITPO Italy.

On this occasion, the EUI FSR - which delivers research focused on the environmental and economic evaluation of climate policies implemented in the EU and at different jurisdictional levels - was represented by Director Mr. Simone Borghesi, Deputy Director Mr. Stefano Verde, and Research Associate Mr. Albert Ferrari, who presented the “LIFE DICET” project they are currently working on.

Joined by UNIDO ITPO Italy’s FIPEE project Coordinator Ms. Valentina Maltese, Investment Promotion Experts Mr. Dino Fortunato, Mr. Enrico Siepi and Ms. Ester Temperato, and Office Assistant Ms. Elena Sera, the meeting aimed at evaluating possible synergies within the context of the FIPEE project as regards policy dialogue, capacity building and training.
