Between 25th April and 3rd May 2022, UNIDO ITPO Italy’s Special Advisor in Energy and Environment for Peru Mr. Andrea Pavia supported the mission to Peru of the Italian company Sea Marconi, specialized in the diagnostics and treatment of oils for electrical transformers and represented by Technical Director of its Argentinian branch Mr. Eng. Manuel Dal Bello.

The first goal of the mission was to visit Expomina 2022, the main fair on mining in Peru and held in Lima between 27th and 29th April 2022, with the goal to create opportunities for the assisted company to network with other international companies operating in the same sector of interest.

The second goal was to take part in several company visits and B2B meetings with 12 Peruvian companies in the field of generation and distribution of electric energy — among these, Qualitas, T&D Electric, Trafigura, Kallpa, Termochilca, ISA Perú, Luz del sur, ENEL, CIE Ambiental, Statkraft, Delcrosa, and Unitelec — and held at their premises or online, in order to introduce respective products and services, explore synergies, and pave the way for potential future business collaborations.

This initiative was organized in the framework of the project “Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environment sector” (#FIPEE), funded by the Italian Ministry of Ecological Transition and implemented by UNIDO ITPO Italy.
