On Friday 13th May 2022, UNIDO ITPO Italy met with the Friuli Venezia Giulia (FVG) Region in its capital city Trieste, under the project ”Job creation for youth and women through improvement of business environment and SMEs competitiveness in Jordan”.

Within the framework of this project, funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, UNIDO ITPO Italy and the FVG Region had the opportunity to start discussing a new collaboration aimed at supporting a group of selected Jordanian SMEs.

Such support would include the provision of a full-immersion experience in the industrial ecosystem of the FVG Region, alongside additional investment promotion services aiming at facilitating access to market and financial tools for inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
