On Wednesday 16th November 2022 UNIDO ITPO Italy took part in the 6th edition of the Italia Africa Business Week (IABW), held online and in Rome in a hybrid format between 16th and 17th November.

In this framework, UNIDO ITPO Italy's Project Coordinator Ms. Valentina Maltese presented the services offered by UNIDO ITPO Italy to companies and institutions, as well as its achievements within the framework of the project "Fostering International Partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the Energy and Environment sectors" (#FIPEE) which involves among other Countries four from Africa: namely Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya and Morocco.

After her intervention, UNIDO ITPO Italy's Expert in Energy and Environment for Kenya Ms. Faith Okaalet introduced the "FIPEE Call for High Impact Cleatech" carried out by UNIDO ITPO Italy, which allowed to identify and accelerate innovative green solutions in energy and environment from five target Countries - among which from Africa Botswana, Ethiopia and Kenya - with the goal to promote inclusive and sustainable industrial development also in the African continent.
