CNA Foreign Service in cooperation with UNIDO organized an information session on Pakistan that took place on Wednesday, 4^th of February, at 17:00 within the premises of CNA Reggio Emilia (Via Maiella, 5 - Hall Castagnetti).

The event was attended by Dr. Farid Ahmad Tarar, economic advisor to the Pakistani embassy in Italy.

After the official greetings, Dr. Ahmad Tarar gave a brief presentation on the Pakistani economy and outline the business opportunities to the Italian companies .

Mr. Dino Fortunato, UNIDO ITPO Italy Investment Promotion Officer, presented the mission that UNIDO is organizing in Lahore (6^th to 8^th March), in order to directly present to the Italian companies some of the most promising economic sectors of the country: the automotive and farm-machinery.

The event was an opportunity for discussion and, through the companies’ direct involvement, identified a varied array of ways of market penetration and integration.
