Kenia is characterized by one of the most diversified and vibrant economy in the African continent. According to last forecasts elaborated by World Bank, Kenia economy is expected to increase of 5,8% next year. The growth of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) next year (2019) will be sustained by strong inflows of remittances and by the increase in household income from agricultural crops and lower food prices. According to World Bank, the GPD could reach the 6% in 2020. This country has been involved for years in a path of economic diversification which cannot be compared with any other African country (starting from flower production to the creation of new start-up in technology sector, to finance applied to furniture); as World Bank underlines in its last report, “Kenia has enough strength to become one of the most successful story in the African Continent, thanks to the increasing of youth population, a dynamic private sector, highly skilled workforce, improved infrastructure, a new Constitution and the new key role played by this country in the East Africa area. The abiding growth of middle classes with the important position covered by Kenia in this region, are elements which make it unique in economic African panorama.

On 3rd of December it will be possible to discuss about all this topics with one of the top figures of the Kenyan national scene, the Vice President William Ruto, who will explain the focal points of the new development policies implemented by the government and new opportunities of business offered by them, in the Infrastructure sector, Agribusiness, Housing, Industry and Health Care.
