Parma, May 19th 2015 - Through the great success of the web platform ‘Supporting your SMEs to Discover EXPO 2015 and Italian Excellences’  UNIDO ITPO Italy office hosted an important delegation of six leading companies from the Philippine operating in the sector of agribusiness, agro-industry and packaging interested to discover the industrial sector of Parma, through the project PARMAforEXPO.

During the visit it has been organized  an educational tour and several  B2B in Parma: these meetings aimed to creating an international partnership through the purchase of industrial machinery, and technology transfer in order to expand and their own business.

The visit was opened with an institutional meeting held in Palazzo Soragna where  Mr. Azzali Cesare, head of UPI - Union Parma Entrepreneurs Association and president of the work table PARMAforEXPO gave his welcome to the delegation.

The Philippine companies had also the opportunity to make a company visit to the headquarters of Sidel, a specialized group  that offers the best solutions to the  industry beverage packaging in PET, with an installed base of around 30,000 machines in 190 countries.
