Rome, 26 November 2018. On 26^th November, ITPO Italy took part in the Nigeria-Italy Business Forum, organized by the Nigerian Embassy in Rome in collaboration with the National Union of Nigerian Associations in Italy and the Nigerians in Diaspora Organization. The event was opened by the Welcome remarks of H.E. Amb. Yusuf Hinna, Nigerian Ambassador to Italy, and Amb. Giuseppe Mistretta, Central Director of Sub-Saharan African Division in the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

ITPO Italy presented its activities carried out in Africa, pointing out the attention paid to the investment promotion, technology transfer and capacity building. In particular, the missions fulfilled in Ogun and Sokoto state were also underlined, aimed at favoring the creation of partnerships with Italian counterparts in the leather and marble sectors.

Several Italian companies attended the event, having the occasion to deepen the existing opportunities in the largest economy in Africa.
