Casablanca, 5 October 2018. POLLUTEC Maroc, held in Casablanca (Morocco) from 2^nd  to 5^th  October, was a crucial  opportunity on water treatment and waste management issues.

Implemented by UNIDO ITPO Italy, the participation at POLLUTEC was part of a project granted by the Italian Ministry of the Environment, Land and Sea.

Eight Italian corporations had the opportunity to take part in nearly one hundred B2B meetings with the local counterparts. Moreover, the Italian companies participated not only in B2G meetings but also in a seminar on the environmental sector rules and regulations.  

With our support, the Italian delegation met the Moroccan Ministry of Energy, Mines and Sustainable Development representatives to discuss the national programme on waste discharge.

The fair was a unique opportunity for Italian enterprises to keep updated on the avant-garde technologies of the environmental sector, to assist to high-level conferences and to discover the innovations in the sector.

UNIDO ITPO Italy played a strategic role in connecting local companies with  the Italian ones, remaining available for the follow-up.
