Within the framework of the project "Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environment sectors" (FIPEE) funded by the Italian Ministry of Ecological Transition, on 13 September 2021 UNIDO ITPO Italy held a meeting with the company EEMAXX Engineering Srl.

As turnkey project developer and service provider in the energy and environment sectors, EEMAXX is interested in starting new business partnerships in Ethiopia in line with the core themes of the FIPEE project, more specifically with a focus on solar, wind, biomass, biogas and waste-to-energy.

The meeting — attended by UNIDO ITPO Italy Investment Promotion Expert and Responsible for Ethiopia Ms. Ester Temperato, UNIDO ITPO Italy new Expert on Energy and Environment for Ethiopia Mr. Fasil Abate Hagos, and EEMAXX Engineering CEO Mr. Giuseppe D'Alessandro — allowed to successfully discuss and start to identify synergies aimed at promoting new collaborations in the field of energy and environment between Italy and Ethiopia.
