On 12 October 2021 UNIDO ITPO Italy met with FSMMIPA, the Federal Small and Medium Manufacturing Industry Promotion Authority of Ethiopia, in the framework of the project "Fostering international partnerships between companies and institutions operating in the energy and environment sectors" (FIPEE).

This meeting - attended by: UNIDO ITPO Italy's Investment Promotion Expert Ms. Ester Temperato; UNIDO ITPO Italy's Expert in Energy and Environment for Ethiopia Mr. Fasil Abate Hagos; FSMMIPA Director General Mr. Asfaw Abebe; and Director of Environment Protection and Energy Utilization Directorate Mr. Amsalu Zomaneh - was aimed at presenting the FIPEE project, as well as at discussing and identifying common areas for collaboration in the energy and environment sectors.
