Within the project “Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environments sectors” (FIPEE) funded by the Italian Ministry of Ecological Transition, on 14 January 2022 UNIDO ITPO Italy’s virtual inception mission to Morocco continued with the meeting with the Chambre de Commerce, d’Industrie et de Services de Casablanca-Settat, one of the most important entrepreneurial associations of the country representing the 65% of the Moroccan industrial production and 81% of the national industrial investment.

This meeting — attended by Mr. Alami Jaoudat, High Official of the Chamber of Commerce — allowed Mr. Enrico Siepi, UNIDO ITPO Italy’s Investment Promotion Expert for Morocco, to illustrate the main features and goals of the FIPEE project in the country, paving the way to an extensive cooperation aimed at enhancing investments, technology transfer and the exchange of best practices among Moroccan and Italian companies and institutions, with special reference to the sectors fo renewable energies and waste management.
