Within the framework of the project “Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environment sectors” (FIPEE), on 28th February 2022 UNIDO ITPO Italy met with the Italian Embassy in Peru, at the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador Giancarlo Maria Curcio. 

During the meeting UNIDO ITPO Italy's Head Ms. Diana Battaggia, Chief Technical Advisor Mr. Dino Fortunato, and Special Advisor for Energy and Environment in Peru Mr. Andrea Pavia introduced the FIPEE project, illustrating the activities already implemented and to be implemented in the country.

H.E. Ambassador Curcio and Mr. Paolo Tonini, First Secretary of the Italian Embassy in Lima, congratulated UNIDO ITPO Italy for the achievements of its work, and stated the availability of the Embassy to support UNIDO ITPO Italy throughout the implementation of the FIPEE project, for a sustainable green transition in Peru.
