EXPO Milano, July 27 2015 - The ‘Senegalese Economic Forum in Italy’ organized by UNIDO ITPO Italy and the Senegalese Exports Promotion Agency, was held today at the EXPO Milan Conference Center. The event was carried out in the presence of the Minister of Commerce of Senegal Mr. Alioune Sarr, several institutional figures,  150 companies from Italy, and over 50 from Senegal. 

The Forum served to give an overview of the business and investment opportunities in Senegal, with a particular regard to the ‘Plan Sénégal émergent’, the supporting text for the policies on economic development of the country.

For the occasion, the delegation of Senegal has been involved in activities of BtoB meetings with the major Italian companies present at the event.
