Addis Ababa, 5-8 March 2018 - Within the framework of UNIDO ITPO Italy mandate, we took part in the second Agro-Industry Investment Forum Ethiopia held in Addis Ababa from 5 to 8 March 2018.

The Forum focused on food processing, textile, leather as well as related sectors such as packaging and renewable energies. Important stakeholders coming from public and private sectors participated in the event, like potential investors, companies involved at international level, business associations, international organizations, financial institutions and representatives of the Ethiopian government.

As reported in the Aide-Memoire which is in the appropriate section, there was the possibility to hold BtoB and BtoG meetings with selected local counterparts, as well as to discuss on the Integrated Agro-Industrial Parks (IAIPs), a concrete opportunity for potential investors.
