On 16th September 2021 UNIDO ITPO Italy organized a matchmaking meeting between the Italian company Bausano & Figli S.p.A. and the Kenyan company Coninx Industries Limited.

During the meeting — attended by UNIDO ITPO Italy Investment Promotion Expert and Responsabile for Kenya Ms. Ester Temperato; UNIDO ITPO Italy new Expert in Energy and Environment for Kenya, Ms. Linda Faith Okaalet; Mr. Andrea Arbarelli, Africa Export Manager of Bausano & Figli S.p.A.; and Mr. Nikit Shah, Sales and Marketing Manager at Coninx — both companies had the opportunities to introduce their projects and discuss their needs in terms of cost effectiveness, energy efficiency and recovery of raw materials with regards to manufacturing processes.

This initiative is part of a series of activities organized within the framework of the project “Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environment sectors” (FIPEE), funded by the Italian Ministry of Ecological Transition and implemented by UNIDO ITPO Italy.
