Within the framework of the project "Fostering international partnerships between companies and/or institutions operating in the energy and environment sectors" (FIPEE), on 1 December 2021 UNIDO ITPO Italy organized a follow-up meeting between the FIPEE counterpart from Ethiopia - the Environment, Forest and Climate Change Commission (EFCCC) - and the Italian startup Bluebiloba, focused on the sectors of precision forestry, forest management and conservation.

Thanks to the support provided by UNIDO ITPO Italy, EFCCC and Bluebiloba had already had the opportunity to meet in presence during the 24th edition of Ecomondo, the green technology expo held in Rimini, Italy from 26 to 29 October 2021.

On this new occasion, the two parties - respectively represented by Mr. Kasahun Wakoya Nikusa and Mr. Guido Milazzo - met in order to define the next steps and how to proceed in the implementation of an activity programme in Ethiopia in such sectors of interest, which may also lead to the conclusion of a potential collaboration agreement.
