Organized by UNIDO within the framework of the project “Inclusive and Sustainable Development of the Tomato Value Chain (TVC) in Egypt”, the webinar “The Italian solutions about water treatment in tomato processing plants” was successfully held on 6th July 2022.

The conference started with the welcome remarks by UNIDO and ITPO Italy, and notably featured the presentations by several Italian companies in the field of water treatment - Deltacque, Tecofil International and Green Eco Waste Water - introducing their innovative technologies and solutions for applications in tomato processing.

The more than 20 participating Egyptian companies had also the opportunity to pose questions directly to the speakers and learn more about specific topics of interest, during the open discussion with Q&A session which finally concluded the webinar.
